Garrykennedy
Located on the Tipperary side of the lake, upstream from Killaloe, is the village of Garrykennedy.
With a sheltered harbour and pubs serving great food, Garrykennedy is great place to stop either for a spot of lunch or indeed for a few late drinks. The village is a particularly popular spot for boaters on Lough Derg. Other attractions include nearby Dromineer and the bustling town of Nenagh.
